As Houseman you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas and refilling toiletries.

As Houseman you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas and refilling toiletries. By doing this you are responsible for keeping the hotel clean at all times. Your specific tasks will be as following;Cleaning guest rooms and public areas, such as; the lobby, toilets, hall ways, meeting roomsVacuum cleaning guest rooms and hall waysReplacing and refilling towels and toiletries according to regulationsTaking care of the transport of linenExecuting specific cleaning tasksBeing flexible to perform morning, afternoon and evening shiftsRefilling the housekeeping trolleysCorrectly following the lost and found proceduresAnswering questions from guestsEnsuring fire and safety regulationsEnsuring a correct execution of the Hilton CleanStay proceduresLiving the Hilton Worldwide regulationsManaging good relations with other departmentsWorking sustainable
