This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. Our 70+ team members report to the Director of Housekeeping. 

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years in a Housekeeping lead role. Ability to work the required shifts. Passion for hospitality. 

Shift Pattern:  Full Availability (AM/PM) Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standardsAssess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect roomsVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of roomsMonitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventoriesCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areasPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as neededAssist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as neededRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
