The DoubleTree By Hilton SEATAC Airport is looking for Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes. The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
A minimum of 6 months Housekeeping Supervisory experience. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to navigate through the InternetThe ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.Open availability to work different shifts including weekends and/or holidays and work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.The ability to operate office machines including a computer (MS Office), fax, copier, and telephone
Shift Pattern: Full-Time subject to occupancy & seniority
Hourly Rate: $24.44 per hour

Leadership Front Office Upselling Incentive Program – Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on team members’ upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue currently includes: room type upgrades, early check-in fee, late check out fees and late cancellation fees. Commission is calculated as a percentage of revenue generated provided team meets sales goal and leadership team fulfills objectives.
Hilton Honors Incentive program paid out monthly and is based on signing up non-members for our loyalty program, earning $5 per enrollment.
What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standardsAssess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect roomsVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of roomsMonitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventoriesCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areasPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as neededAssist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as neededRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerWhat are we looking for?

This is a nonexempt position and the hourly pay range for this role is $33 - $34 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
