Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a luxury housekeeping environment.

Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Guest Relations: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service.Operational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices specific to luxury hospitality standards.

Quality Standards: Consistent commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and overall room readiness.

Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
