Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a housekeeping supervisor!** As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you motivate the team and ensure our 330 room hotel is clean, welcoming and guest-ready every day. **Responsibilities:** · Your duties will include giving guidance to the team of room attendants and to guarantee the cleanliness of the complete hotel, this includes rooms, corridors and public areas · You will inspect if guest rooms are cleaned in accordance to the hotel’s standards · You will ensure the laundry and dry-cleaning of uniforms and guest laundry is well organized · You coordinate all repairs and maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure theproper maintenance of Housekeeping equipment · You take care of our most regular guests, frequent travelers and World of Hyatt members to help personalize their experience · You will take ownership in complaint handling and execute plans to prevent complaints · Youwill be responsible to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to create memorable guest experiences in our hotel **What we offer:** + In this role, you will join an international team of awesome colleagues.
