We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team. In this position, you will contribute to the cleanliness and presentation of our 330 guest rooms and all public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and bar. You will report directly to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising and guiding the Housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and all public areasInspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standardsOverseeing the organization of laundry and dry-cleaning processes for both guest items and colleague uniformsCoordinating maintenance requests and ensuring proper upkeep of Housekeeping equipmentSupporting the personalized service provided to frequent travelers and World of Hyatt membersHandling guest complaints and taking ownership of follow‑up and preventive actionsEnsuring a courteous, professional, and efficient service that contributes to memorable guest experiences
