**Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor** Job Description The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 housekeepers at a large tech center. This role involves managing either one or multiple buildings on campus, depending on size, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of general areas, restrooms, offices, and waste management. The supervisor will also manage team performance and address union-related issues. Responsibilities + Supervise and manage a team of 15-20 housekeepers. + Oversee housekeeping tasks including floor scrubbing, restroom cleaning, and office maintenance. + Ensure team accountability and address performance issues. + Handle union-related matters and maintain compliance with union standards. + Operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of janitorial or housekeeping supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with UAW personnel. + Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting cleaning equipment. + Strong leadership and management skills. + Ability to coach and train team members effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with union operations within hospitals or other unionized environments for janitors or housekeepers. + Ability to create spreadsheets. Why Work Here?
