What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, corridors, and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards

Conduct room inspections and follow up on quality issues and maintenance concerns

Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistency, morale, and efficiency

Assist with scheduling, supply inventory, and daily assignment distribution

Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery situations with professionalism

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hotel policies

Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and timely room readiness

Jump in as needed to support the team, whether it’s cleaning a room or handling a guest request

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of housekeeping or supervisor experience in a hotel or similar environment

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces

Effective communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and make quick, thoughtful decisions

Comfort with using housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office

A positive, team-oriented mindset and a drive to lead by example

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
