Job Description

Are you an experienced, dedicated, and hardworking individual ready to lead a team? Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor on a Full-Time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites.

Rate: $26.70 per hour + Superannuation + Award Rates on Weekends + Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property, guest rooms, public and common areas.Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.Support and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services.Oversee daily on-the-job training for housekeeping employees.Keep accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

Experience in the management of a housekeeping team;Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent time management and organisational skills;Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
