Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Mai Khao, Thailand. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, assigning tasks to team membersConduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and quality controlTrain and mentor housekeeping staff, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused environmentManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levelsAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionImplement and maintain health and safety protocols in line with hotel policies and local regulationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesPrepare and maintain accurate records, including staff schedules, inventory reports, and performance evaluationsIdentify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfactionQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleProven track record of effective team management and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in EnglishProficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentIn-depth knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipmentUnderstanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industryDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suiteCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
