Housekeeping Lead- Evangelical Lewisburg Hospital- Night
**Full time 80 hours/Biweekly** **Monday - Friday 10:00pm-6:30am** **Weekend and Holidays Required** **General Summary** Performs a variety of general and specialized cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas of the hospital. Assists in the environmental services department as needed to lift, move, and relocate furniture, furnishings, equipment, etc. May serve as a working Lead on an as-needed basis. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Essential Functions:** + Performs duties of the Environmental Services Technician I and the Environmental Services Technician II. + Trains employees on all duties outlined in the Environmental Services Technician I and Environmental Services Technician II positions and day-to-day procedures. + Performs routine inspections of the work of the Environmental Services Technicians. + Instructs personnel on the use of new equipment, cleaning techniques/methods, and cleaning agents. + Performs various general cleaning tasks to maintain offices, hallways, and other assigned areas. + Assists the supervisor in coordinating and scheduling environmental services projects. + Assists the supervisor with input for performance evaluations. + Consults with other trainers, managers, and leadership. + Tracks and compiles collected data. + Reviews employee performance and learning. **Common Expectations:** + Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. + Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. + Attends meetings as required. **Required for All Jobs:** + Performs other related duties as identified. + WellSpan Health has adopted and implemented a compliance program to support WellSpan's values and standards for professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
