Housekeeping Lead
Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, Full-Time Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Housekeeping Lead to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role supports the housekeeping team in delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and perform daily room cleaning following Housekeeping Guidelines.

Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and guest satisfaction.

Check fixtures, TVs, and HVAC systems for proper operation.

Maintain and restock housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and cleaning equipment.

Operate laundry equipment and maintain cleanliness in public areas.

Log rooms cleaned and communicate room status to Guest Room Supervisor or Front Desk.

Provide the highest level of service to all guests and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lead and support a team while maintaining a professional attitude.

Dependable, flexible, and customer-service oriented.
