The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join their Housekeeping team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!

In this role, you would oversee a min. of 10 Team Members per shift and report to both the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping. Ideal candidates for this position will possess a minimum of two-year supervisory experience in Housekeeping, as well previous hospitality housekeeping experience. 

Shift Pattern: candidates need to have full flexibility with schedules, working both AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 9AM and ending as late as 11:30PM. Weekend and Holidays availability is required.

Pay Rate: Start rate is at $20.97 per hour, Mid-Rate is at rate is at $22.14 per hour, Max. rate is at $23.31 per hour.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)Complete work orders, as neededPerform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as neededAssist in training Room Attendants, as neededRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
