Job description

Join our team as a housekeeping attendant in Baghdad, Iraq! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards Restock room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and minibar items Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Follow all safety and sanitation protocols Assist with laundry duties as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule Qualifications Warm and friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques About the Company
