Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant Supervisor to join the Housekeeping Team!

Classification: {Full-Time} 

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $21.10 per hour

 

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for ordering and tracking of supplies for the department and working with suppliers and vendors, coordinate with other departments to schedule room maintenance and accurate room blocking, create and plan training guides, and prepare departmental meetings.

Use of REX/HOTSOS to monitor Room attendants progress throughout the day: completion of rooms according to the allowed time per room; expedite guest room requests for cleaningUpload trace report to room attendants’ assignments and monitor the completion; communicate constantly with front desk in regards of VIP rooms, room moves, discrepancies. Run reports constantly to provide updates using ONQ and REX information.Use of HOTSOS to dispatch and/or monitor guest requests completed on a timely manner by guest runner, completion of maintenance tickets place for Property ops.Update attendance logs         Log  daily  room inspections / create monthly report cards per Housekeepers, Floor Supervisors and Managers       Audit and approve daily team member punches, complete time edit forms while correcting, adding errorsAudit and approve daily punches for leased labor employeesCollect daily information of incentives and create spread sheets for weekly submission to accounting  Keep inventory and/or tracking the functionality of IPOD’s and department communication devices
