The Job:  This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, vacant units, and common areas of the property. This position is also responsible for cleaning resident apartments upon request.

Cleans vacant apartments after move-outs to ensure units are in move-in conditionNotifies maintenance team of any maintenance issues requiring attentionMaintains inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentResponsible for daily cleaning, which includes, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, picking up trash on the property and common areas (i.e., workout areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, elevators, club house, guest suites, pool facilities, furniture, and public restrooms)Ensures work areas are neat and orderly after painting or when work orders have been completedEnsures supplies are in stock and orders them when directed to do soAssists office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doorsCommunicates with supervisor regarding the status of work and issues that arisePrepare complimentary services such as snacks and drinksExamines buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.Follow safety and comply with all regulations for cleaning solutions and other chemicalsMaintains compliance with company’s policies and procedures and all applicable federal and state lawsEnsures excellent customer service to prospect and tenants and promotes a quality living experience for all residentsParticipates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment preventionComplies with all Mission Rock Residential standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal lawsAttendance is imperative and this position will be required to maintain onsite hours Requirements
