Job Summary and Responsibilities
The House Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities including:
Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assess current environment for smooth hospital operation.Assess and allocates resources as needed. Provide input to employee performance. Assist in the coaching of staff members.Document daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.Provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.Job Requirements
Minimum:
