We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening General Cleaner to join our team at a client site in Whitsett, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, part-time evening position with a consistent schedule.
Position Summary:
As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to keep our client's facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. You will work independently to ensure all assigned areas are maintained to The Budd Group's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom and breakroom supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap, toilet paper).
Clean glass surfaces, windows, and doors.
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Wipe down and sanitize common surfaces such as tables, countertops, and doorknobs.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Secure the facility upon completion of shift duties as required.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Whitsett, NC.
Must be able to pass a background check.
