Location Description Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview The Hotel Shuttle Driver provides safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service, and a welcoming personality to ensure a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate hotel shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and hotel policies. Transport guests to and from airports, and other scheduled destinations. Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading. Provide courteous and professional customer service, including answering questions and offering local information. Maintain a clean, well-kept, and fueled shuttle vehicle. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Keep accurate transportation logs and schedules. Support front desk and guest services team when needed. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. DOT certification required - paid by Hotel. Previous experience in customer service or transportation preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift and handle luggage safely. Knowledge of local area, roads, and attractions is a plus. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
