Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordination of all group business as contracted by the sales manager/DOS. Contact and provide appropriate follow-up on all signed/contracted business. Determine and coordinate all needs of the customer.Answer Sales office phone and respond to all sales inquiries accurately and timely Manage the group guest room blocks in DelphiVerify all reservations and group room blocks. Input promptly, correctly code and update all hotel information into the reservation system.Responsible for creating Group Resumes & BEOs and attending weekly meetingsResponsible for effectively communicating with the various departments to ensure that the meeting and related functions are executed to exceed the client’s expectationsAccount Service and Management: Maintains well documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable mannerDevelop strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.Have and maintain accurate knowledge of hotel rates, strategies, discounts and promotions.Promptly follow up on all customers’ needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner.Review and finalize group billing upon departure/completion of eventExhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintains open communication with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the hotelDisplay a neat, clean and business-like appearanceAssist with the coordination of site visits for guest rooms and spaces to tourOther duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management BRING US YOUR BEST.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
