The PM Housekeeping Supervisor and Office Coordinator is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc.

**Qualifications:**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
+ Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience or equivalent required.
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
+ Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
+ Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line, multitasking skills
+ Be willing to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends and evenings
+ Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
+ Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill
+ Require computers skills such as Excel and Outlook – Opera and Hotsos are recommended.
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
