This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the full scope of daily operations, with a strong emphasis on Front Office, F&B, and technology integration:
Direct daily hotel operations with emphasis on Front Office, F&B, and Operational Technology.
Oversee multiple F&B outlets and banquet operations; support innovation in menu engineering, labor efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
Collaborate with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales) to ensure cohesive execution and associate engagement.
Spearhead technology-forward guest experiences (mobile key, digital check-in, service recovery tools, etc.).
Serve as acting GM in the General Manager???s absence and participate in owner and brand-facing meetings.
Leverage individual and team potential to build and develop high-performing teams.
Monitor and optimize critical hotel metrics: GSS, RevPAR Index, GOP, Food Cost %, Labor Productivity, etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Proven experience with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, including developing annual budgets and generating multi-year forecasts.
Fluency in a secondary language

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
5+ years of hotel leadership experience.
Prior experience with Full Service Property Management System (PMS) software.
Strong background in Rooms Division and Front Office leadership, with proven success in operational execution and guest satisfaction.
Ability to analyze performance data, diagnose opportunities, and take decisive action.
Passion for people and performance: a developer of talent who understands both operational excellence and emotional intelligence.
Expertise in optimizing high-volume F&B operations, particularly in maximizing banquet service potential and boosting overall outlet profitability.
