What will I be doing?
As a Hotel Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. This includes but is not limited to:
\n\nOversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage. \nMaximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned. \nImplement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel. \nServe as top operator in GM's position absence. \nConsult with owners and corporate offices, as required. \nInterview, counsel and evaluate staff.\nWhat are we looking for?
