Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of Avani+ Vientiane. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest journey from day one, ensuring the property delivers exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a distinctive brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineeringDrive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and service excellenceOversee financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementRecruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Avani+ valuesCollaborate with sales & marketing to position the hotel competitively in the Vientiane marketEnsure compliance with local regulations and Minor Hotels’ operational standardsBuild strong relationships with guests, owners, and community stakeholdersQualifications
5 years previous management experience with proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality leader within upscale or luxury hotelsStrong Food & Beverage experienceStrong operational and financial management expertiseExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldFluency in English; knowledge of Lao or regional languages is an advantagePassion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving brand loyaltyPrevious relevant experience in Southeast Asia strongly preferredAdditional Information
