University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or in a similar leadership role in a luxury hotel environmentStrong background in Rooms and/or Food Beverage operationsProven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teamsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementExcellent understanding of luxury guest expectations and service deliveryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesPrior experience with international hotel brands, preferably Hyatt, is an advantageFamiliarity with the Jakarta market and luxury segment is preferreda { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
