Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort.

As the senior operational leader on property, the Hotel Manager will be responsible for establishing operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across both brands. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proven pre-opening expertise within a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the pre-opening planning, setup, and execution of all hotel operations in preparation for a successful opening.

Establish operational structures, SOPs, brand standards, and service culture across all departments.

Recruit, onboard, and develop the full hotel leadership and operational teams in collaboration with HR and ownership.

Drive a strong guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery and brand consistency across both properties.

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs while maximizing profitability and operational performance.

Work closely with the Director of Revenue, Director of F&B, Executive Chef, and other department heads to align commercial and operational strategies.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to support seamless guest experiences.

Represent the hotel with ownership, brand representatives, and key stakeholders during pre-opening and post-opening phases.

Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends, driving continuous improvement and long-term success.

This role is ideal for a hands-on pre-opening Hotel Manager with strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and a passion for launching and operating world-class luxury and lifestyle resort properties.
