Job Description

With the launch of Queens Wharf Residences, Minor Hotels is seeking a visionary Hotel Manager to guide the success of our newest property. This is a standout opportunity to oversee an opening that will redefine Brisbane’s hospitality landscape.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you’ll hold full responsibility for the property’s performance, from daily operations to financial outcomes. Your focus will be on balancing operational excellence with strategic growth, ensuring every aspect of the hotel runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your Role Will Include:

Taking ownership of all hotel operations, maintenance, and strata management.Driving profitability through accurate forecasting, smart rostering, and creative promotional initiatives.Leading and inspiring a diverse team to achieve strong results and deliver service excellence.Using insights and data to make strategic decisions that enhance RevPAR and overall performance.Maintaining high standards of presentation and compliance across all areas of the property.Building strong, lasting connections with guests, owners, and local partners.

QualificationsSolid experience in hotel operations and financial management, ideally in a leadership capacity.Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to increase revenue while managing costs.Knowledge of strata and body corporate processes (advantageous).A natural leader who engages teams, drives accountability, and encourages professional growth.Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect confidently at all levels.A positive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for shaping memorable guest experiences.
