Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, Full-Time On Property

HVAC (Including Chiller and Boiler) and Refrigeration maintenance.

Strong electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.

Respond to guest room call when needed.

Complete any assigned Preventive Maintenance procedures.

 Adhere to hotel safety standards

Ability t stand for extended periods of time

Available to work flexible schedule as needed.

Must be able to lift, push, pull moderate amount of weight

Must be open to other maintenance related work

Hotel/Building/Apartment maintenance background helpful
