The successful candidate for this role is engaging, full of energy, and is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team both personally and professionally.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide cross-functional support to our Accounting, Human Resources, and Sales departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support
Assist with data entry and assignments from accounting managerAssist with the weekly AR reporting, statements, and invoicesPost office/bank runsManaging Lost and Found returnsManage Deposit LedgerHuman Resources Support
Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and employee file managementAssist with timekeeping, payroll data entry, and benefits administrationHelp organize employee engagement activities and training sessionsSales Support
Answer incoming sales department callsManage business travel account reservations, billing and special requests Delphi data entry of new leads and existing account updatesManage VIP arrival experience Other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
General Administrative Duties
Manage shared calendars, meeting coordination, and departmental communicationsMaintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure confidentialityOrder office supplies and support general operational needsQualifications
Previous administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or a multi-departmental roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyHigh level of discretion and professionalismValid drivers license in good standing requiredAbility to communicate in the English language requiredBilingual Spanish language skills strongly preferred
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $29.00/Hr. - $29.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
