We are looking for a Hostess to join the team at Andaz Lisbon
As Hostess, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable first impression, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and welcoming dining experience aligned with Andaz Lisbon’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Guest Welcome: Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
· Reservations Management: Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
· Guest Experience: Escort guests to their tables and ensure they feel comfortable and well‑attended to throughout their visit.
· Service Excellence: Assist in addressing guest requests, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
· Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate good knowledge of menus in order to answer basic guest questions and enhance their experience.
· Appearance Professionalism: Maintain a polished and approachable demeanor that reflects the hotel’s luxury lifestyle image.
· Safety Compliance: Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
