Job Description Guest Experience & Service Excellence Deliver consistently courteous, professional, and efficient service, following established standards and service sequences. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, and preparation details, ensuring personalized and informed guest interactions. Engage genuinely with guests, noting preferences and tailoring experiences to foster lasting relationships and a true Sense of Place. Proactively address guest requests and concerns, collaborating across departments to provide thoughtful solutions—always avoiding the use of "no" as a default response. Operational Excellence Efficiently utilize systems such as Opera, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office to support daily operations and administrative tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure outlet readiness. Support cross-departmental operations when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Execute assigned responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail, consistently meeting company standards. Team Collaboration & Development Foster a positive, respectful, and cooperative work environment, supporting colleagues, supervisors, and management. Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and development programs to continuously improve skills and service delivery.
