Job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional hostess to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle phone calls and take reservations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service Qualifications Saudi nationality required Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Additional information
