Job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional hostess to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the restaurant Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Assist with special events and promotions Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally Manage waiting lists during peak hours Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive dining atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of local culture and customs Basic math skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to perform tasks such as kneeling, pushing, and pulling when necessary Additional information
