Roles and Responsibility
Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve high service quality standards.Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
