Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking a talented Full-Time Host/Hostess to join their team at Zeta Asia!

Zeta Asia serves pan-Asian cuisine in swanky surroundings. Drawing inspiration from Asian tradition and Western culinary techniques, Zeta Asia unlocks hidden layers of flavor on every plate. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of guest-facing customer service experience, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and knowledge of elevated service standards are essential. Experience in food and beverage, hotels, or luxury environments, along with familiarity with OpenTable, is preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time/ Full availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holiday 

Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needsSeat guests and manage the seating chartMonitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flowPerform opening and closing duties, as neededAssist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.Ensure knowledge of menuRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerAssist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
