The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

A minimum of six months of experience working as a Host/Hostess is required.Open availability, with the ability to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.Ability to effectively communicate in English.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Most importantly, a service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

     
 

Shift Pattern: Full-Time 

Hourly Rate: $20.91 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location)

What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needsSeat guests and manage the seating chartMonitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flowPerform opening and closing duties, as neededAssist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.Ensure knowledge of menuRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerAssist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
