Job Description

Omni Hilton Head is looking for a Host/Greeter to be the welcoming face of our resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create a warm, inviting atmosphere by greeting each guest with genuine friendliness and professionalism. You’ll ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably, all while upholding Omni’s renowned standards of service. Your positive energy and keen attention to detail will set the stage for an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and assist with seating in a courteous and efficient manner

Manage reservations and waitlists with accuracy and professionalism

Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests informed

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized host station and lobby area

Uphold Omni’s commitment to exceptional guest service at all times 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods

Team player who works well with others

Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus
