Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalentPossess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skillsRefined verbal and written communication skillsFluency in either Japanese, Mandarin or Korean is an advantage.Working knowledge of OPERA system
