Host (Boutique Facilitator)

Location: CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique 

Reports to: Boutique Manager 

Contract: Full-time and Temporary (November until beginning of January 2026) 

 

Your role @ Chanel: 

We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client experience in our Yorkdale boutique. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed during this holiday season.  

What impact you can create at Chanel: 

Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols

Assist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique

Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels

Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clients

Support boutique success by assisting with any other tasks as directed by boutique management.

Understanding of, and passion for client experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 

Flexible schedule. Including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
