Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Hosts to join our team at Big Meadows Lodge in Shenandoah National, Virginia. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating chartsSeat guests and maintain control of wait timesInspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setupSpeak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leavingAnswer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
