Key Responsibilities:

Actively solicit new and existing accounts through calls, site visits, and written communications to exceed revenue targetsLead the full sales process with strategic insight to grow hotel occupancy and revenueAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop high-impact sales strategiesCoordinate events and meetings, working closely with departments to ensure smooth execution for Groups, VIPs, and BanquetsRepresent the hotel at trade shows, local events, and industry meetings to increase visibility and market presenceMaintain booking reports, client records, and sales correspondence with precision and professionalismIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities with tailored acquisition strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with hotel leadership to achieve budgeted performance goals

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or food service management (hospitality preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredProven success in sales campaigns, event planning, and promotionsDemonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and RevPAR goals while limiting OTA dependencyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitudeExperience in staff training, local account negotiation, and Sales Action Plan development
