We’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations at The City Ground, home of Nottingham Forest FC. You’ll deliver world-class hospitality on matchdays and event days alike, setting new standards for excellence while developing a team that thrives on energy, teamwork, and pride.

As Hospitality Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving both guest satisfaction and commercial success. You’ll manage a diverse, passionate team delivering first-class service across matchday and non-matchday events from corporate boxes to conference banquets.

This will suit a natural leader with a passion for people, service, and the buzz of live events. You will thrive under pressure, solve problems with calm confidence, and bring an eye for detail to everything you do.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service across all hospitality and C&E eventsDrive profitability and performance through smart management of labour, sales, and expensesOversee staffing operations and ensure effective team scheduling and complianceMaximise EPOS utilisation and ensure consistent operational efficiencySupport recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing hospitality teamPromote and deliver events to the highest standards, ensuring every guest leaves delightedMaintain rigorous standards in health & safety, hygiene, and licensing complianceAct as a Duty Manager during events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish

What You Bring:Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality or event operations (stadia or venue preferred)Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent organisation and time managementKnowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulationsExperience working with budgets, labour control, and KPIsA hands-on approach with the confidence to make operational decisions on the spot

Desirable:

Food Hygiene Level 2 qualificationSIA Personal Licence
