Role Responsibilities

· Process all incoming Hospitality Team requests and determining who to engage for further action.

· Generate reports from various platforms and assist in analysis of capacity and resource utilization

· Be primary point of contact for the PR/PO/Invoice process for the hospitality team, along with maintaining contact with vendors, Global Business team and others throughout the process

· Ownership of the fleet management of all hospitality vehicles, including scheduling, cleaning plan, maintenance needs and logs

· Create and distribute daily agendas for Trade and VIP visitors, answer questions as needed

· Create daily, weekly and monthly hospitality communications, ensuring that department heads are aware of needs well in advance and that the broader stakeholder team is up-to-date with hospitality business

· Support Restaurant Manager with group dining requests and reservations

· Be the point of contact for Media and Photography requests & assist with day-of coordination

· Assist with Trade, Consumer and/or VIP tours and experiences as necessary

· Help to organize tastings, manage resources, gather materials for various experiences

· Be a point of contact for day-of events & experiences as needed

· Other daily work duties as needed

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years successful operations or marketing experience in the Spirits industry or similar

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks

· Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Extremely strong communication skills (written and oral)

· PC application proficiency in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PPT and Word. SAP/Ariba a plus.

· Proven self-starter with a track record of driving result
