Description We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Boulder, Colorado. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of office services with a focus on catering and hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure spaces are well-prepared, organized, and welcoming for staff and guests. Responsibilities: • Prepare conference rooms by arranging audio/visual equipment, furniture layouts, and food and beverages according to daily schedules. • Clean and reset conference rooms after events, including returning borrowed items to vendors when necessary. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and catering areas to ensure a well-maintained environment. • Track inventory of catering supplies and place orders as needed to meet operational demands. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality service for catering and hospitality needs. • Support the team in managing multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless operations. • Assist with configuration management to optimize the use of office spaces and resources. Requirements • At least one year of experience in office services, preferably within catering or hospitality. • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and vendors. • Familiarity with managing inventory and catering supplies. • Experience in setting up and operating audio/visual equipment for events. • Detail-oriented mindset to maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces. • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
