Saint Luke's Physician Group in Kansas City, MO is actively seeking BC/BE Hospitalist candidates to join a well-established physician hospitalist group providing inpatient coverage. Saint Luke’s Hospital Medicine Program has seen consistent growth over its 20-year history and has one of the highest physician retention rates in the region.
About the position:
The schedule prioritizes patient-centered care and provider work-life balance, with added support from our new e-hospitalist telemedicine component
Saint Luke’s locations in the metro Kansas City area include Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City, Saint Luke’s East Hospital, Saint Luke’s North Hospital, Saint Luke’s South Hospital, and Saint Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute
Interested candidates will have opportunities to work shifts at regional hospitals and provide telemedicine services
Hospitalists also provide support to APPs at each location as needed
The schedule is produced quarterly, and providers can request time off each quarter; holidays are managed on a rotation basis
Saint Luke’s Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience
