The Hospital Value Sr Manager aims at designing, tailoring and deploying value offerings to clinical and non-clinical decision makers that enhance and differentiate the Edwards value proposition to hospitals. The person will generate tools & solutions, including tailored hospital cases that translate and promote the value of the Edwards THV SAPIEN platform, supporting clinical and non-clinical decision makers in understanding the full value chain offered by Edwards.
The person is responsible for establishing and managing, either direct or indirectly, strong relationships with the Sr Hospital Management/ C-Level by creating regular engagement & education opportunities. The Hospital Value Senior Manager will partner with Senior Regional managers and their team of territory/account managers to achieve financial goals and driving business with customers. Responsibilities encompass coaching of the team as well as growth generation in the region & territories, in collaboration with Sales Team.
This role is implemented within the EW GER THV Customer Program organization that liaises directly with the head of the German business.
