Hospital Value Senior Manager - THV

The Hospital Value Sr Manager aims at designing, tailoring and deploying value offerings to clinical and non-clinical decision makers that enhance and differentiate the Edwards value proposition to hospitals. The person will generate tools & solutions, including tailored hospital cases that translate and promote the value of the Edwards THV SAPIEN platform, supporting clinical and non-clinical decision makers in understanding the full value chain offered by Edwards.

The person is responsible for establishing and managing, either direct or indirectly, strong relationships with the Sr Hospital Management/ C-Level by creating regular engagement & education opportunities. The Hospital Value Senior Manager will partner with Senior Regional managers and their team of territory/account managers to achieve financial goals and driving business with customers. Responsibilities encompass coaching of the team as well as growth generation in the region & territories, in collaboration with Sales Team.

This role is implemented within the EW GER THV Customer Program organization that liaises directly with the head of the German business.



How you will make an impact:

Builds sound understanding of Sr Hospital Management / C-level needs in the decision making towards a therapy.Segment German accounts and generate a related engagement plan, map decision supporters and makers in top 20 hospital.Develop value offering to non-clinical decision makers in hospitals by creating hospital specific value case and articulate value offering to commercially most relevant stakeholders in priority hospitals. Enable commercial success by engaging relevant stakeholders ahead of commercial negotiationsIdentify opportunities to develop innovative business tools, innovation in pricing or invoicing model and additional value-based program based on hospitals needs and opportunity for differentiation. Generate a roadmap that will constitute our 2026 & beyond focus.Build lasting partnerships with key enablers in defined priority centers / groups by creating strategic and recurrent connections to in-hospital  clinical and non-clinical decision makers

What you’ll need:

Bachelor/Master degree in business or science10+ years of experience in the MedTech, pharma or hospital industryThorough experience in designing and deploying value based programs to German large hospital accountsStrong experience in Hospital Value programs, Strategic Account Management and/or Sales ManagementStrategic & innovative mindset combined with the ability to engage either directly or indirectly key hospital leadersAbility to integrate complex scientific, economic and hospital data to generate a tailored value offeringCollaborative/Team work mindset with multiple internal/external functions, including KOLsAbility to learn and act fast with a personality thriving in a fast paced  and changing environmentAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organizationDeep and broad expertise of entire BU product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs and how it compares to competitor offeringsGood understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
