Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor. The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.

Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle; document detailed observations of unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardsAssist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)Transport patients to the morgue, as neededAssist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency roomAssist with evacuations during fires, medical emergencies, and natural disastersSound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized personsWarn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articlesPermit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits; ensure only authorized individuals enter and exit the hospital, and that no contraband or hospital items are brought in or outObserve departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirementsInvestigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as requiredOversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been metMaintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUSEnsure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shiftPerform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.Respond to client requestsMake emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post OrdersProvide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their dutiesDisciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnelMake productivity and cost reduction recommendations to managementMake recommendations for physical security surveys and post ordersMake recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnelQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalentCurrent driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicleLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentMinimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment history relating customer service or the protective service industry (preferably security, healthcare, military, law enforcement, or corrections)Must be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the stateAble to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitorsDemonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the publicEffective oral and written communication skillsProblem solving skillsActive listening skillsAbility to assess and evaluate situations effectively; identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyAble to mediate conflict with tact, diplomacyWrite informatively, clearly, and accuratelyAttention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat ZoneGraduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter fieldBachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studiesA minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branchAssociate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military serviceBENEFITS:
