As a Hospital Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, Team work  and Access control since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital environment

P1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (0700-1700)

P2: Saturday and Sunday (0700-1500)

Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Access control duties ( Checking ids, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc. ) Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property  Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches Monitor access of entryways and exit points  Conduct preventive surveillance rounds   Point of contact with authorities and emergency services   Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
