As a Hospital Parkade Security Guard, there is a high focus on Regular foot Patrolling, Access control, De- escalation and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital Parkade environment

Hourly wage of $16.53 + comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent position:Saturday and Sunday (0730-1530) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Hospital Parkade Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Foot Parking Patrols as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor Traffic Control Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor Providing Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas. Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off. Maintaining a safe and secure environment. Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills. Employee work alone process. G-Track Patrolling will be done as per site orders.. Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices. Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders. Be a good deportment. Qualifications for Hospital Parkade Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license Fluent in English, both written and orally High school education or equivalent First aid certification an asset Strong customer service skills. Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Parking Facility for personal car is not available
