Responsibilities: Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performanceCollaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needsManage accounts receivableOversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costsManage payroll for hospital staffDevelop the hospital schedule and manage labor costsChampion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practicesLead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasksImplement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiencyEstablish and drive the culture of the hospitalTrack and maintain current licensures for all DVMsProvide feedback and handle challenging conversationsDemonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experienceExperience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus Benefits:Annual Bonus OpportunityHealth Insurance BenefitsFree Mental Health Benefit Options401k with MatchCompetitive PTO PlanEmployee discount on pet servicesThe compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 base salary with potential for an annual performance bonus.
